THE REAL PROBLEM IS RARELY THE OBVIOUS ONE.
When a successful company stops working the way it should, it can look like there are 25 different problems. Usually, there aren't.
One or two unresolved issues may be creating friction everywhere else.
TALK WITH AMY
THE SIGNS ARE USUALLY EASY TO SEE.
The Cause Isn't.
Growth has slowed when it should be accelerating.
The business has outgrown the structure that got it here.
Your leadership team keeps revisiting the same issues without resolving them.
You’ve added people, process and meetings, but execution hasn’t improved.
Or maybe the numbers look fine—but you know the company isn’t operating at anything close to its potential.
You know something needs to change.
The harder question is what.
That’s often when leaders call
Amy.
I’VE ALWAYS BEEN MORE INTERESTED IN WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON.
I’m

For more than 30 years, I’ve built, owned and led businesses—from growing a real estate brokerage to nearly $1 billion in annual sales during the Great Recession to serving as President of RE/MAX, where I led a global organization of 140,000+ agents across 110+ countries.
I’ve sat in a lot of rooms with very smart people trying to solve very complicated problems. And I’ve learned to pay attention when something doesn’t add up.
Why did we solve that—and nothing changed?
What are we working around instead of dealing with?
And of everything we could fix, what actually matters?
That’s how my brain works.
I see patterns quickly. I connect things that don’t always look connected. And I’m intensely curious about what’s underneath the obvious answer.
But seeing the problem isn’t enough.
BRING
Amy
INTO THE ROOM.
Some conversations need more than another presentation.
Amy works with leadership teams and executive groups to challenge the obvious answer, get underneath what’s really creating friction, and change the conversation around what happens next.
From focused executive sessions and leadership offsites to select main-stage engagements, Amy brings real-world operating experience, sharp questions, humor and a willingness to go where the conversation actually needs to go.
The goal isn’t simply to leave the room thinking differently. It’s to leave seeing something you can’t unsee—and knowing what you’re going to do about it.
